The UFC is returning to the Windy City this January for UFC on FOX 10 and to Las Vegas, Nevada for UFC 170 in February. UFC president Dana White announced the events while laying out the promotion’s broadcast plans for 2014 on an episode of FOX Sports Live.
While no bouts have been announced at this time for either card, UFC on FOX 10 will take place January 25 at the United Center. This will be the third straight year the UFC has traveled to Chicago in January, as the promotion traveled to the city for UFC on FOX 2 and UFC on FOX 6.
UFC 170 will take place February 22 at the Mandalay Bay Event Center. As stated above, no bouts have been set but the card could fall in line with the promotion’s timeline for UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones taking on Glover Teixeira.
Headliners and bouts will likely be announced in the coming weeks.
