Can I get skin cancer if I were to go suntanning regularly?

You can get skin cancer from NOT tanning regularly. The only way to completely protect yourself is to stay out of the sun completely. If you're going to be out in the sun and don't want the UV rays, you need to wear a 50+ sunscreen, not tanning lotion and keep applying it, which defeats the purpose of getting a tan, because sun block blocks the harmful rays.

My dad had skin cancer and it was horrible. They had to cut it off his back, arms, face, which left open weepy sores until they healed. It's just not worth it. If you want a tan, get sprayed. Not only does the sun cause cancer, it turns your skin to leather, prematurely ages you and ruins your skin.
